Big Beautiful Simple Quiet - 1 AA battery analog desk Aclock

| This is a wonderful good sized analog desk clock. I love it and I've only had it for 10 minutes. -Unlike most AA battery walk clocks this one is very silent - no tick tick tick to drive you crazy. - it's a simple to operate analog clock. - Note that is a oval (wide) clock and not round as in the picture, which makes it look even nicer - All the hands and numbers are luminous sure beats a digital clock! - this one for the price is a wonderful deal. Big enough for a desk but light enough for travel. Do keep it in a bag as the front face can scratch easily. It's 5" wide and 3" high (approximately). It's a comfortable attractive desk clock with no winding needed. |
Perfectly Simple

I wanted a simple analog clock that is easy to read, easy to change setting, reliable and of course inexpensive.
This clock meets all the requirements. I no longer need to push and hold multiple buttons when all I want to do is to turn on or off the alarm. There is a big snooze button on top that also serves as night light.
The ticking noise is much lower than most mechanical clocks. And the look is clean and elegant.
Oh, did anyone mention that the actual product is slightly oval rather than round as shown in the picture? |

| I've had the clock for a couple of days and it is much quieter -- to me silent -- than the timex tick tock that was next to my bed. |
Perfectly beautiful little alarm clock

| This lovely little clock is exactly what I wanted. It's small, just as I had expected, because I have placed it on a very small oval table between two reclining chairs in our den. It keeps perfect time, and the numbers are easy to read. The alarm begins softly, then becomes louder until you turn it off. The sound isn't at all obtrusive, but it is easily heard in our den. If the room is darkened, you can easily read the clock by pressing the bar on top, because when you press the bar, a light goes on and lights up the face. Very nice! I am totally pleased with my purchase. The price was exceptionally good for such a fine clock. I will definitely buy another exactly like this one if I need yet another alarm clock for another room. |
A Pleasant Surprise

How often do things you buy exceed your expectations? Hardly ever, especially things you buy online. Well, this little alarm clock is way better than what I expected when I ordered a $7.99 clock on Amazon. It looks good, white and classic, with a simple, clean, pretty design with a touch of deco. It's designed well, with glow-in-the-dark hands that actually glow and a sedate light that illuminates the face of the clock when you press the snooze button. Finally, it's quiet -- so quiet that I can hardly hear it tick unless I think about it and listen for it.
Of course, like everyone else says, this clock is oval-shaped rather than the round one they show in the product photo, but that actually makes it prettier.
